We have a state-of-the-art commercial spray booth available for commercial spraying services as well as being at the disposal of those jobs for our domestic projects.

About our spray booth services

We can operate our spray booth service in both our commercial unit and on-site for most commercial and industrial applications.

Our spray booth facility is specially designed to handle doors, windows, frames, associated items, sash windows, sash boxes, fitted furniture, and bespoke furniture. We can spray paint items varying from very small to very large.

All our paint colours are mixed and match all major paint colour systems including RAL, BS, NCS, and most decorative and industrial colour ranges from the likes of Farrow & Ball. * T&C Apply

What can you paint in the spray booth?

We use our spray booth predominantly for spray painting the window and door furniture for our domestic projects. This also includes spraying individual window frames. Materials include UPVC, GRP, Galvanised Steel, Aluminium, Glass, Wood, MDF, Melamine and Acrylic.

Spray painting plastics

All plastic profiles are triple cleaned and masked before spraying. We have an enclosed spray booth which operates at a constant temperature all year round, we have filtered air intakes and outlets to ensure that our work is not contaminated with dust or debris. Our drying rooms are at a constant operating temperature of 45°C to ensure that all paint is fully cured and free of solvents before dispatch to our clients.

After curing in our ovens, the frames are quality checked and protected against transport damage, before dispatch. We only use the best, tried and extensively tested paints and our work is always guaranteed. Adhesion on PVCu powder coated aluminium is guaranteed for 10 years* and colour stability is guaranteed for up to 5 years*.

A difficult and challenging job taking a newly refurbished flat that had been completely replastered with new joinery. Working up the skirting, doors and windows so that all the marks and damage of construction become invisible. Then painting with four coats to a perfect final finish on all walls and ceilings.

Large holes had been cut in the ceiling for Air Con pipework and access, we also have numerous cables cut into the walls that needed invisible repair. All the works was finished on time without any mess and minimum disruption. Now you cannot tell the damage was ever there, excellent work.
