Family Home
Full preparation, dustless sanding and MaxVac dust arrest assuring a very clean environment, full degrease, tinted adhesion primer, specialist low VOC topcoats matched to Farrow & Ball Lamp Room Gray #88.
The total time taken for the job was 5 days; 2 days on-site, 2 days at the unit, and a day fitting.
This is a fairly typical kitchen respray for Ultimate Décor, with work split between on-site work and spraying kitchen cupboard doors and removable items in our unit. This method means we can get that perfect finish with a minimum of disruption for the client.

This kitchen respray project consisted of fully preparing, labelling, and adjusting doors, doors were removed to our spray unit for painting, remaining fitted kitchen was fully protected, cleaned, primed, undercoated, stain blocked to hold back any tannins, fully sprayed, de-taped and all doors returned and fitted, a new floor was fitted two weeks later. 1 week.

Apartment Block
Complete exterior decoration of a stunning apartment block in leafy Surbiton, Surrey. We were tasked to completely decorate the exterior of this beautiful property. The work consisted of repairing a lot of very rotten timbers, full sash window renovation, masonry repairs, spray paint application, a real beauty of a job and the finish was superb making it the standout property in Langley Road.

Erected scaffolding all around the property and over the family garage, all render removed, prepared, mesh and beaded, new sand and cement render was applied to all surfaces, naturally allowed to dry, stabilised and spray painted in brilliant white.

How much does a kitchen respray cost?
Kitchen resprays take an average of 5 days. This is dependent on the number of cabinets and doors as well as the overall size of your kitchen. But disruption is minimal… you don’t even have to empty your cupboards!
400 year old Family home
Repairs & redecoration
A great project to be involved in, 400 plus years old and full of character.
Working alongside Heritage and the conservation we correctly identified the extent of the repairs required to bring this beautiful and charming property back to life. Using approved products and paints we were able to spray paint all surfaces from the ceilings, walls, architraves, windowsills, doors and of course the ornate panelling. This is another remarkable project we have been able to complete alongside Heritage.

Complete decorating package
Complete decorating package, spray painted finish to two large apartments in Coulsdon, Surrey on behalf of on of our commercial clients.
From fresh plaster, 1st and 2nd fixing, all was immaculately prepared throughout, mist coated, ceilings, walls, all woodwork including ornate mouldings were spray painted using airless and hvlp systems to achieve that wow superior finish. Duration 12 weeks.
